The stamping tools are designed in AutoCAD, and the product drawing with UG, PROE format are acceptable in our company. We will proceed projects according customer’s requirement, such as: stamping materials, volume, dimensions and tolerance. Of course, cost control are based on customer’s budget. 3D Stamping will provide one package services in the precision stamping industry for customer, that is, the technical consultant in R&D stage (feasibility, cost and stability); limited prototypes samples will be available during sample submission stage. We will also build the soft tool to provide low volume goods to customer when it is in TTM (Time to Market) and can convert the soft tools to hard tools to provide the mass product services when it is in TTV (Time to Volume). The SPM of 3D Stamping Tool will up to be 800 with tolerance ±0.01mm, while the thickness can be minimum 0.05mm with fine pitch 0.5mm, the material of stamping can be plastic sheet, Copper and Copper Allay, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, 4J29, CRS,etc. 3D Stamping continues to strengthen itself in the industry by obtaining international quality control standards, such as ISO9001:2000 and TS16949, to promise the high to its customers.
